By accessing or using Hearthfire (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Hearthfire to browse, purchase, and manage event tickets. Organisers may use the Platform to create, promote, and sell tickets to events. You agree not to misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and refunds

Ticket purchases are subject to the organiser's refund policy. Where the organiser has not specified a policy, Hearthfire's default refund policy applies. Fees charged by the Platform are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hearthfire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearthfire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
